Our rental prices include delivery, setup, pickup, and a standard cleaning service schedule. For luxury units, additional amenities like climate control and premium finishes are also included.
Standard service is once per week for most rentals. For events with high usage or multi-day festivals, we can arrange for daily servicing. Additional service visits are available upon request.

Normal wear and tear is expected, but for significant damage due to misuse, repair costs will be charged. We recommend discussing our damage waiver option when booking for added protection.
Our standard units can accommodate slight slopes, but for significantly uneven terrain, we may need to use leveling blocks (additional fee may apply). Our delivery team will assess the placement area during setup.
